About Ayala Fish

Ayala Fish is a salt water Sea Fish found in the west pacific oceans and in Tropical Seas. It belongs from the Scombridae family and like to stay along the Coast or offshore in the oceanic Environment. The structure of this fish is little bit different as compared to other Sea Fishes. Ayala species mostly have deeply forked tails and vertical ‘tiger-like’ stripes on their backs.

This Fishes like to stay in a large group they doesn’t swim alone they always form a school.   • 500 Grams Ayala
  • Turmeric powder
  • Kashmiri chili powder
  • Ginger Garlic paste
  • Salt
  • Fresh Coconut 1
  • Dry Red chilies Kashmiri
  • Small ball of tamarind
  • Turmeric 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Seeds
  • Dhania 1 tbsp.
  • Black peppercorns 5 no
  • Small onion
  • Few pods of garlic
  • Fresh dhania springs
  • Salt
  • Coconut Oil/ Any oil of your choice
  • Hing

How to Cook

1) Wash fish Nicely there should not be any kind of Bacteria on it.

2) Marinate with ingredients given above and keep it for one hour in fridge

3) After one hour add oil in kadai and let it heat up

4) add pinch of hing (opt) and crushed garlic pods (opt.)

5) Add freshly ground paste and saute on low flame till oil separates from side, max 5 minutes.

6) Add fish very slowly and gently, saute it with sauce…

7) Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

8) Add water slowly and boil as per desired consistency.

9) Add salt as per your need and let curry boil

10) Within 10 mins your fish will be properly boiled

11) Turn off the gas and enjoy the Ayala Curry with white rice or Roti, bhakri.
